Cancellation and Refund Policy

K.P. ENTERPRISES (Shiva Theatre) Cancellation Policy
What if show cancelled in our screens?

  • All sales are final, unless the Show is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will automatically be notified if this occurs, if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address or phone number when you made your booking.
  • If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, The K.P. ENTERPRISES (Shiva Theatre) will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers of the cancellation although the K.P. ENTERPRISES (Shiva Theatre) does not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
  • The K.P. ENTERPRISES (Shiva Theatre) is only able to inform customers for whom it holds valid contact details. Any customer who buys tickets without giving correct and up to date contact details does so at their own risk.
  • If show cancelled, Box-Office original ticket holders gets Full refund.
  • If show cancelled, Online customer gets Full Refund via respective payment method. Also, if possible management will provide CASH refund to online customer who hold registered mobile number for verification.
  • If show cancelled, Box-Office customers should bring the ticket they purchased and same will be considered as valid. K.P. ENTERPRISES (Shiva Theatre) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.

Customer personal cancellation request.

  • We do not have cancellation facility for Online and box-office customers.
  • If customer unable watch movie, can visit theatre box-office during respective show time and request with other customers who plans to buy same movie ticket and allowed only to sell with actual box-office ticket cost, cannot request online service charge.

If show cancelled, Online and Box-Office Tickets Refund Policy

  • We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Online Ticket Booking Issue and Refund

  • "Payment detected but tickets not confirmed" in this case, kindly wait for 20 mins to recevie SMS/Email confirmation. If SMS/Email confirmation not received or our support team not called you, then consider your payment goes to AUTO-REFUND to respective payment mode.
  • Due to payment issue, some customers wont wait for 20 mins to get confirmation and they may do successful confirmation in 2nd attempt. In such cases, our support team gets notified of the pending payment and same will be processed to REFUND to respective payment mode.
  • Online refund completion time usually takes maximum 7 working days and also it depends on bank process.
  • In some cases, Payment may taken in "K.P. ENTERPRISES (Shiva Theatre)" name but ticket confirmation will be failure. These failure action is due to Customer bank authentication issue with status of "Bank declined transaction and processed to auto-refund", which also takes maximum 7 working days to complete refund process.
